Profile Description

For more than 5 years I have administrative experience in an educational setting but before that I rose from rank and file up to the supervisory level.
Before I become an officer-in-charge of our office manning the daily operations of the office I became an ordinary office worker who are accomodating visitors and helping them in their needs.
Aside from this, I helped my immediate supervisor in preparation of her powerpoint presentation every time she has an speaking engagement that requires presentation.
I handle confidential documents such as but not limited to government applications and performance evaluation.
I has knowledge in organization and implementation of different learning and training workshops.
I am an skilled personnel who can work independently, has strong leadership and organizational skills, is hardworking and detail-oriented and an enthusiastic team player.
I am very good at computer doing powerpoint presentation, word document, excel files and pdf.
Most of my co-worker appluase with my skills in searching important information through the help of internet.
For almost 4 years, I help 3 PhD students in their, dissertation paper.
This includes, editing, proof reading and presentation of their work.
