I analyze real time data, handles call traffic, decides on real time issues, outages. I also act as a coordinator between our site and clients.
We are also responsible for data generation needed for operations. I have above average knowledge in Excel and other Microsoft applications. Highly analytical and proficient.
I am also an experienced customer service representative for a telecom company based in Australia and another in USA. I can work with minimal supervision.
