Profile Description

I have worked in the wholesale/retail type of company for 7 years as MIS Associate.
My tasks are as follows:
? Provide daily sales reconciliation for other branches.
? Encodes the data master file provided by the vendors.
? Schedules equipment usage and ensuring office equipment is in good condition.
? Provides information, including policies and procedures to newly hired personnel.
? Process and prepare documents, such as business or government forms and permits.
? Coordinates with the other branches in terms of system status.
? Assists branch personnel whenever there’s a system error.
? Generates monthly sales report for accurate inventory and sales evaluation.
Prior to this job, I also work as a Data Analyst for almost 9 months. My task are as follows:
? Provide disclosure for each concern-qualified consumer.
? Indicate the disputes of the consumer regarding their financial history.
? Update the provided information of the consumer the way they wish to appear on their credit file.
? Analyze the credit file of the consumer for possible errors.
? Exchange credit information with other credit reporting agencies to restore credit information.
Other Duties:
? Responsible for proper documentation and validity of provided information.
? Responsible for indicating internal redirects files that need confidential procedures of handling consumer’s concern.
? Handles fraudulent account of fictitious consumer and analyze the legal documents that have been provided.
? Determine the credit status and financial capabilities of the consumer.
