I have been working in outsourcing company for one year doing data entry in REAL ESTATE BUSINESS. I am fully trained by an AMERICAN REAL ESTATE AGENT on doing hands-on work with Agent MLS and Valuation Companies. The hands-on work includes pulling comparables and
tax records for the subject property and doing full data entry to valuation forms. I am also trained on how to make comparable comments and valuing subject property. Having trained by a real estate agent, i am well aware on current market conditions in a specific states in the US. I have done data entry on different agents on following valuations companies: EMORTGAGE, OCWEN, MAINSTREET, OLD REPUBLIC, SAM, PCV MORCUR, EQUITY POINTE, BAM, SERVICE LINK, SECURED LENDING, POWERLINK, AND OTHERS. I have done orders to clients in different states such as in FLORIDA, NEW YORK, NEW JERSEY, OHIO, TEXAS, AND OTHERS.
