Profile Description

I am exposed to MS Word on a daily basis at my current job, and uses Photoshop pretty well. I have not tried working with websites and their content but I’m positive that learning such will be fast and easy for me.
I’m very aggressive in terms of closing sales and appointment setting since i have worked with Telemarketing way back.
Currently, I am highly specialized in customer service, trained my one downs to provide 100% customer satisfaction to their clients. Data entry, making reports & trackers and sending emails were part of my job too.
I also have worked with teaching businessmen and young adults in English Language.
