Currently, I am working as a Communication Trainer for a BPO company here in the Philippines, one of my primary role is to design and create Powerpoint presentations on both Customer Service and Sales. I have also been asked to design audio presentations and record audio files for their Knowledge Base program and voice-overs for corporate training and promotional videos.
