I believe I have the skills to be part of your team and I know I can handle and learn the procedures at hand. I have started my career as a Customer Service Agent in Lufthansa Cargo AG in Manila and worked my way up to becoming the Customer Developer in the same company. I also handled the whole of Visayas for Mary Kay Philippines, where I used to do trainings to the sales force in the region and motivate them to gaining more opportunities. I went back to the cargo industry and was with FedEx and Air 21 initially as an Account Representative in Cebu and then was promoted as an Account Executive here in Manila to handle the Freight Forwarders and coloaders within NCR. With the trainings, knowledge and exposure I have with Customer Service, Operations and Sales, having excellent communication skills and being competitive, assertive and a fast learner, I am confident that I will be able to carry out any tasks assigned to me and is on hand. My exposure with different types of people would also be a great help in becoming part of your team. I also love to work under pressure and loves to be challenged to fully utilize my capabilities.
I am proficient with Microsoft office like Word, Excel and Powerpoint, and also Mac softwares like Adobe Photoshop, Videomaker and Audacity. I am very fluent in English, Filipino, Cebuano and Surigaonon language and knows a bit of Spanish. I have good communication and writing skills and is very people oriented.
