Profile Description

I’ve been involve with customer service for more than 3 years. I have knowledge on basic home networking. Configuring or troubleshooting network devices such wireless routers, switch,Hubs, network adapter and expanders are one of the things I’m comfortable with. I know how to work with Pixlr(online version of Photoshop). Although not an expert I also have knowledge with some internet marketing tool such as craigslist, tracking your live rate,posting, ghosting & flagging. I know how generate or grab HTML code snippets for easier posting online. I also have experience on lead generations and followups.
Patience is what drives me, I routinely handled as many as 20 customer contacts a day, spending 20-30 minutes with them over the phone and most of them are irate. I make sure all
their computer works before the call is done.This are some of the thing I can do, I am interested in a new challenge and an opportunity to use my technical skills and experience in a different capacity.
