Profile Description
I've been in our company's accounting department for four years. My experiences include bookkeeping, petty cash handling, billing, filing for permits and taxes, handling payables and preparation of checks. After given the offer to apply for the vacant position in our customer service department, I grabbed the opportunity without hesitation because I want to explore the other area of our company. My current tasks include monitoring shipments, coordinating and communicating with our clients regarding their shipments through emails or phone calls when necessary. I also prepare and secure documents pertinent to our shipments. Making and sending quotations for our services to our prospect and current clients is also my concern.
I am proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint applications as I deal with them daily. I am also good in the use of internet.
I am a
driven and motivated person in that I put dedication to all the things I am committed to do. I am easy to train, hardworking and patient. For now, I'm only seeking for a part-time job in order to utilize my idle hours. The income I will be earning would be very very much helpful to me. I would be very very happy to be employed where my skills are an asset to the company, and where I could learn new things.
