Here are the summary of my skills that I know would allow me to better do any task assigned to me:
Communications -- I can speak and write english well. Though I'm not a frontline agent anymore, I still frequently talk to customers and the way I converse with them is one of the things that are usually being complimented.
Interpersonal Skills -- I worked with different sorts of people, different characters from my agents to my supervisors and I am able to get along well with them, as well as grow and learn from them.
Flexible -- I'm very interested in learning new things.
Customer Service -- This is one thing that I always pay attention to. I wouldn't want to end a day with an unhappy customer. I make sure that on each call it's either I resolve their concern and given them a work around that would satisfy the resolution that their looking for.
