During my calls, I ask very strategic questions to show my prospective clients that I am genuinely interested in learning more about their struggles and uncovering the solutions.
Some questions I ask are:
- What motivated you to be on this call with me? Where are you stuck?
- How much more sales are you looking for? Is there a figure or a specific target you're pursuing?
- What methods have you tried to address your challenges? What worked? What didn't?
I have found that just by asking strategic questions, my calls become less sales-y, and more about helping the customers.
