Profile Description

I began writing stories in high school as a hobby way back in 2003, then took article-writing jobs. I switched to the BPO industry for more than a year as a Customer Service Agent for International Accounts:
1. Green Dot, a debit card company.
2. DirecTV, a satellite service provider (Billing and General Inquiry).
I was a virtual assistant for a year, handled social media accounts (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram) by uploading content and editing images with Adobe Photoshop (I do this as a hobby), and used these for online posting. Other applications I'm familiar with are MS Word, MS Powerpoint, and Google Drive.
I taught ESL courses to Asian students for a year in an office-based setting.
