Profile Description

I have worked as a Customer Service Representative for 9 years. 4 years as a representative for a boutique shop for women where I do some inventories and some shop reports on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. 3 years as a Call Center Representative for DISH Network and 2 years for Globe Telecommunications. For DISH Network, I process orders and payments. That would include assisting customers with their dish/cable, billing, program problems and queries. For Globe, I was part of the retention group where we try to assist customers with their phone issues and give them the rewards they can get to make them stay with the company.
