I've done a data encoder positon in Cuttex Echange Manufacturing located in the Philippines year 2003 for a month and promoted me as Supervisor and worked til year 2005 with the same company. September 2005, i have decided to try working abroad and got a job in Dubai, however, positions available is Housekeeping attendant which was far enough with my previous job. However, i accepted the offer as the salary was better than my previous job and thinking that it would be my stepping stones working abroad. So i accepted the offer of Metropolitan Hotel Dubai. Since the Metropolitan Hotel is open with the idea of internal hiring on different positions, i tried to go on cross training to the Central Reservations Department. After my 9 hours duty i was taking extra 3-4 hours to do my cross training and after a month they hired me as one of their coordinators with two (2) job descriptions. One is Loyalty Coordinator which is responsible for Loyal Members, enrolling members, entering transactions of the members, ensuring that their points and accounts get updated, assisting with their inquiries regarding our sites, assiting with the hotel and restaurant reservations. The other position is the Central Reservation Coordinator, responsible for Central Reservations Department office stationary and uniform supplies, processing reservation agents annual leave, medical leave applications, scheduling their trainings, providng revenue reports to the Revenue Director, like Competition Reports, Management Reports, Market Segment Reports, Forecast Reports. Year 2011 i got promoted as Assistant Manager in the Loyalty Program which is my current position. with the same Job Descriptions as mentioned above, overseeing and assiting my coordinators, responsible for sending eblast for all the members and in absence of my Manager taking her responsibilities. With my mentioned experiences above i got to familiarized with the Fidelio System, Opera System, Serenata, CRM System, Newsletter, and doing excellent in MS Words and MS Excel applications
