Profile Description

I’m a college graduate of BS Industrial technology major in Drafting, and while I’m Studying I was working as a painter and T-shirt designer. When I graduated, I worked at Jireh Forge Incorporation as a furniture designer for my On-job Training. Currently I’m working at TERUMO Philippines Corporation as a Technical Artwork Technician for 5 years where I learned a lot of skills using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Solid works and AutoCAD.
While I was working at my current job I’m studying other Adobe applications such as Flash and Dreamweaver. Aside from Graphics and art designing I am also good at ;
•
Maintains and follows proper ISO procedures and GMP requirements.
•
Plans and executes projects to completion at minimum cost and according
to schedule. Monitors initial runs and turn over to production new materials and design change of packaging material.
• Revises product, material and quality standards that will be affected by the assigned project.
• Provides technical assistance and specification to co-associates and supplier.
• Establish reference drawing for plate specification that will align the machine specification based from the packaging design to lessen the machine rejection and improve efficiency.
• Ensuring all indication on the mock up artwork is similar to the approved design.
• Qualifying new packaging material through series of testing that will help in the cost reduction program of the section.
• Records result of evaluation in control sheets/forms, submit to superior for checking and file or maintain record according to Document Control Procedure.
• Establishes Test Plans and Protocols, plans the tasks and schedules, make comparative analysis of packaging material functional performance in qualifying potential supplier. Discusses
result
with
superior
and
related
functions,
if
result
is favourable, applies for Operations/Specifications
Modifications. If not, repeat PDCA (plan, do, check, action) cycle.
• Feedbacks to superior all work accomplishments, needs and difficulties at all times.
• Maintains and follows proper ISO procedures and GMP requirements. Performs other jobs as maybe assigned by Superior from time to time.
