I worked as a TSR for Verizon Online for 2 years. Itd for DSL account. During that time i also becase one of their advance TSR or Tier 3. After that I worked for Time Warner Cable for more than 4 years, Its for their cable internet. During those time I have learned many things regarding customer service and technical support for both those accounts. I am able to communicate and fix issues fast thus resulting to good customer satisfaction.
