I've been working in the call center industry for at least 5 years which has helped enormously with my English skills. My call center experience covers outbound, customer service and technical care, where after I was promoted as an English Language Coach and then finally as a Product Trainer. I left the industry briefly where i became a Sales/Product Trainer and Layout Artist for a prestigious car company which gave me experience with sales and layout design.
I am well versed when it comes to Office applications and Photoshop. I am not limited to just that though, I believe that my familiarity with the virtual environment paired with me being a fast learner can be a great asset when it comes to familiarizing myself with new applications.
I am hardworking and goal-oriented. I am not afraid to make critical decisions when needed. I would like to find an employer to whom I can apply the best of my abilities.
