Profile Description

I am fluent both in speaking and writing the English language. I worked as an agent in 2010 for a publishing account in a call center company for a year. I did outbound calls to ask surveys from possible leads provided by the publishers of the magazine. It was a business to business process so we need to speak with either the president or one of the supervisors to do the survey if they completed the survey then we will send them a free magazine that will be useful to their business. I was also a customer service representative for a health care account. I take calls from patients or members to process refills, discuss billing and coverage, process payments and check eligibility. I also have passion for writing, although I know that what I have accomplish so far is writing my thoughts and experiences in my diary and write letters to my friends and love ones; but I feel joy and satisfaction whenever I see the smile on their faces. I can express myself better in writing. My feelings of love, hate or anger are best expressed in written words. I know that I still have so much to learn so I always leave some room for improvement and I am open to criticism, if that's what it takes to improve my job.
