Profile Description

I had always been one of the top students in my class since elementary to college. I graduated with honors from elementary to high school and consistently an academic scholar from first to fourth year in my college days. If I do something, I don't do it to just merely do it. I always give my best not just to get the job done but to make sure it is done perfectly.
I am a registered Nurse by profession. I graduated and passed the board exam with flying colors in 2009. I have been a hospital nurse for 2 years before I decided to try the BPO Industry. I became an online Customer Support Representative in a home-based call center taking in calls and chats and handling email support for different campaigns and eventually promoted as Team Leader for the same campaign that I work for for 5 years now.
I have excellent English communication skills. I am an active listener and communicator and I convey the right information verbally as well as in writing. I am a flexible person and I can easily adapt to any situation. I am also good in managing multiple priorities as well as in planning and organizing. I have a good problem-solving and reasoning skills that help me generate workable solutions and resolve any conflict. I am a result-driven achiever that strives hard in everything I do to get the job done efficiently and proficiently.
