I have been trained to provide phone and email support and I am sure that I can use this experience if ever I will be given the opportunity to be placed in a Customer Service Position. The communication skills I have gained for 5 years can definitely help me interact with customer and be able to assist them with their online inquiries. In addition, I am very much equipped with MS Office and is familiar with several Adobe Softwares.
I also worked as a Quality Assurance Specialist for almost a year wherein I was able to enhance my listening skills and be keen on every detail. I also learned how to provide feedback constructively and be able to work in minimal supervision as long as sufficient instructions and modules will be provided.
