I am currently taking post graduate studies and have written several qualitative research papers. Moreover, I work as a quality assurance supervisor with a 5 years experience in customer service from a BPO industry based in the Philippines.
My trainings both in work and in the academe are plus factors among others around here. Moreover, I am well versed in MS applications- Excel, Word, Power point.
I always work with less supervision. Creative, spontaneous, and goal-oriented, quality is a foremost consideration for me.
I am looking forward to work with clients online.
