• Provide client support and technical issue resolution via E – mail, phone and other electronic medium;
• Able to promptly answer support related email, phone calls and other electronic communications (talking staff/clients through a series of actions, either face to face or over the IP phone)
• Identify and correct or advice, on operational issues in client computer systems.
