Profile Description
Computer savvy is probably an appropriate term to describe my over-all qualification. I am an Associate in Computer Technology. I have good at programming using different programming languages like Java, Visual Basic, HTML, CSS, Javascript, PHP and mySQL although I believe still have a lot of things to learn since I'm a fresh graduate. Aside from software, I'm pretty knowledgeable on hardware too. I have 2 years of experience as a technical support specialist for AT&T wherein we assist our clients in resolving the computer, internet, networking and computer security issues. Because of that, I have developed my customer service skills, communication skills, soft skills, and problem-solving skills. I have done a little free-lance content writing too.
