CLIENT-FACING SUMMARY
I help small business owners keep their books clean, understand their numbers and get reliable monthly financial reports without the accounting jargon. My work covers full-cycle bookkeeping, bank and credit card reconciliations, QuickBooks Online cleanup, chart of accounts setup, payroll entries, sales tax support, payment processor clearing and financial statement review.

I am comfortable working directly with business owners, accounting firms and non-accountant operators who need someone proactive, organized and able to work with little supervision.

CORE SERVICES
• Full-cycle bookkeeping in QuickBooks Online, NetSuite and other accounting software.
• QBO setup from scratch: chart of accounts, bank feeds, rules, reconciliation workflow and reporting structure
• Bank, credit card, payment processor, AR, AP and intercompany reconciliations
• Monthly financial reports: Profit and Loss, Balance Sheet, and owner-friendly notes
• E-commerce accounting for Shopify, Amazon, Stripe and warehouse inventory workflows
• Payroll entries and payroll support through Gusto, Sequoia One and related payroll reports
• Sales tax support, parish/state filings, 1099 support and tax prep assistance for business and personal returns
• Cleanup of prior-year books, clearing accounts and incomplete historical records

HOW I WORK WITH CLIENTS
• Start by cleaning the accounting foundation - chart of accounts, bank feeds, beginning balances and reconciliation status.
• Create repeatable bookkeeping workflows so monthly reports are not rebuilt from scratch every period.
• Send financial reports with plain-English notes so owners understand what changed and what needs attention.
• Flag missing documents, unclear transactions, sales tax issues and cleanup risks early instead of letting them snowball.
• Serve as the liaison between owners and CPAs during tax season - reducing cleanup and filing costs.
• Handle the accounting side of financial questions and requests from stakeholders so owners don’t have to.
