A typing test that i took awhile ago from 10fastfingers.com resulted with a top score of 103 words per minute. Ofcourse i cannot consistently maintain that speed over long periods of time but that should give you an idea of my typing skills. Software programs that i am proficient in would be Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel. I am also familiar with the program MS Paint for lowgrade editing needs. I am pretty sure i am in the above-average category when it comes to computer literacy. I learn fast and i work hard.
