During my experience as a Customer Service Representative, I have gained a lot of knowledge and skills in dealing with customers' or clients' needs. I am providing information to address inquiries regarding products and services to customers. I have dealt with customers' complaints and resolve any possible issues with the product or service. I also did marketing campaigns to boost the sales of our products. Included in the marketing strategy is creating a lot of articles, that have been a great impact in promoting our products especially with the new/upcoming products.Also, I have helped set up a website, especially on content writing. As an experienced Virtual Assistant I am good at entering data into forms, editing current information, proofreading text, and updating databases. I have good communication and excellent writing skills which is a vital asset of a Virtual Assistant is needed because I will constantly communicate or interact with people to arrange or fix meetings or create schedules, answering emails.I am highly attentive to details and can work with less supervision. I have good problem-solving and decision-making skills. I am looking for a long-term job.
