• Directly reports to the SVP for HR and Crowdsourcing and has a dotted line to the Philippine Region Manager
• Manage 4 Staffing Team Leads, 3 Support Staff and 25-30 international recruiters
• Conduct training for all new Staffing Specialists and Consultants on the tools and end-to-end processes utilized in recruiting efforts
• Coordinate market assignments and communicate the same to Program Managers
• Responsible for assigned full-cycle sourcing activities necessary to provide skilled consultants for global linguistic and web analytic projects in 80 countries and 150 languages
• Leverage online sourcing resources, the CareerBuilder Talent Network and E-Recruit to identify and attract the very best candidates
• Schedule qualified candidates for interview by project manager if requested
• Maintain records of Staffing Specialists and Consultants to include contract date(s), performance records and terminations
• Lead the continuous improvement of creative, effective, cost-effective sourcing strategies through tracking, monitoring and analyzing for effectiveness for assigned countries/markets
• Lead the process of building and maintaining a pipeline of key talent to respond efficiently and effectively to project resource needs and the growth of the business
• Work closely and collaboratively with managers to improve recruiting
processes and
improve customer satisfaction and service level agreements
• Adhere to key performance metrics and service level agreements that align with established KPIs for each supported business unit
• Work on cross-functional sourcing process projects
• Ensure that Staffing Specialists and Consultants follow the organization's policies and procedures
