I currently manage sales agents in a call center. I have 16 agents on my team. During a normal day I respond to emails, assist agents and customers with problems/concerns; create training documents, monitor/coach agents as well as various administrative tasks. In the past I have served as a compliance manager for a convenience store chain with over 600 stores. I have also been an Educator in the public school system and know the value of strong writing and verbal communication skills.
