Hosting Technical Support Professional with (5) five years of working experience in a hosting company- (1and1.com) including (2) two years as Tier 2 Hosting Technical Support and (3) three years within 1&1 Inc. as a Hosting Product Trainer.
I have strong knowledge of troubleshooting any website and hosting related issues and web server configurations. I have extensive experience in DNS Management, setting up WHM in VPS or dedicated servers and is an expert in using Cpanel.
I am proficient in installing and troubleshooting most major software applications. Quickly adaptable and able to multitask in the changing technical and managerial atmospheres that are common in today’s marketplace.
