Profile Description

I started out as Radio Announcer/Dj. Music is my passion and becoming a Dj is a dream come true.
I also worked for several BPOs in the Philippines. I worked for Sykes Asia Philippines in 2004 as a Customer Service Representative. I was assigned in the billing department of one of their ISP accounts. I was also a Market Researcher for Western Wats Philippines, now Opinionology. I had to do outbound calls and conduct surveys over the phone. I was promoted to the position of Quality Assurance Supervisor after a couple of months where I would monitor agent's calls and made sure each of their call was of good quality. I also did coaching if necessary.
Furthermore I was a Language Trainer in Sutherland Global Services. I would refresh agent's minds on the English language so they can be effective in talking to American customers.
Most recently, I've been doing home based jobs. I was an Article Rewriter for a Canadian Divorce Magazine. I was also a Real Estate Tele-Secretary for a Singaporean company.
The last home based job I had was for Distributed Website Corporation. I was an Account Manager where I had to maintain several school web portals for clients.
