I am currently employed as a Backroom Customer Care Assistant in one of the largest insurance companies in the Philippines. I have been with the company for eight years. My main role in the organization is to perform billing and re-billing of premiums. My other functions also include delivery monitoring of billing notices, allocation of premium collections, adjustment of erroneous policy transactions, handling various billing and premium collections inquiries and user acceptance testing of new computer programs designed to improve billing and collection systems. I also assist in the preparation of required management reports on billing activities of the unit.
With my eight years of working experience, I have become proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook. Also, I have become capable in various administrative operations of the company that include data entry and analysis, research, planning, case study and problem solving.
