Profile Description
I have experience in Training and Operations in the BPO industry, in Customer Service and Sales to be specific. Skills will include facilitation, presentation, and management skills. Management skills are not limited to one location but I have experience in managing 7 Managers in Delivery Centers in the Philippines and North America remotely. I am also an experienced coach and highly believe in coaching to behaviour to improve performance. I am also proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PPT.
I also have experience with logistics and strategic planning which includes administrative tasks. I practice effective time management and make sure to it that all tasks are met in a timely manner.
