Profile Description

I want to impart my Customer Service skills. I have worked as a call center agent for more than 4 years now. Since I graduated last 2008, I have worked for two different BPO companies in an office setting. In the first company, I worked as voice, chat and email support for an online shopping site. While on the second company, I worked as full-time voice support for a car insurance company and later on, as a customer support representative for a US based banking institution. I have decided to impart my customer service skills, not in an office setting but home-based because I am a first time mom. I want to take care of my baby and work at the same time without leaving my child. This will be my first online job but I know that I will be loving it.
