I've been a sales representative. I sell VOIP products and was once a top seller. I honestly will tell you that I am a bit shy when I talk to someone face to face but if its going to be over the phone, I am really skillful, most probably because I cannot see my clients and I cannot see their expressions or their gestures. And its what I really love, talking over the phone. I also experienced arrange vacation packages, book flights and hotels and haggle with clients because we can give discounts. But what I really love was that of me being a phone banker. It feels good that I am able to calm an irate customer shouting at me because their accounts has been charged with fees that they are not aware of. There are really a lot of people who becomes so mad when it comes to money matters and I understand that issue. It also feels good that I am able to educate them on how they will be able to avoid getting unwanted fees and charges on their accounts and even sometimes enhanced their account activities.
