Since I've been in the call center industry for almost 3 years now, I'm a person whose willing to work even if its holidays, I'm also willing to work with minimal supervision and can do multitasking. I know how to deal with irate customers, assist them with what they need and of course satisfy them. I have also an experienced in selling products over the phone which I'v been doing for a year now. I also know how to do collections and warm transfers. I'm a hard working person, willing to work over time and open minded. I have knowledge about microsoft as well. I will help grow your business and be productive.
