I'm a reliable and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant who helps business owners stay organized, consistent, and growing in their daily operations. I have experience supporting entrepreneurs with administrative tasks, social media, e-commerce operations, and email marketing so you can focus on scaling your business while I handle the day-to-day work.

On the admin side, I can manage your inbox, calendar, research tasks, data entry, and organize your files and systems to keep everything running smoothly. On the social media side, I can help with content scheduling, basic graphic design, video editing, and posting to platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.

On the email marketing side, I can set up and manage Klaviyo flows and campaigns for your Shopify store including welcome sequences, abandoned cart, post-purchase automation, and audience segmentation to help recover lost sales and increase repeat purchases. I also have experience with Amazon FBA operations, including inventory monitoring, PPC support, and handling returns.

I am easy to work with, follow instructions well, and can work independently using SOPs. I always make sure tasks are completed on time and with attention to detail.
