i was a call center agent for a total of 1 year and 3 months in 3 different call centers here in the Philippines. I have worked as a travel specialist, arranging and helping foreigners with anything about their flight, hotel and car reservations all over the United States through phone calls. I have also worked for half a year as a telemarketer for a yellow pages company in the United States. I have worked also as a bookkeeper so i am equipped with basic bookkeeping and accounting skills. My various call center experiences has equipped me with sales, and basic technical skills which i know will be beneficial for me in looking for another job.
