I've been in call center industry for a year and half, I handled several line of businesses from several companies. I handled health accounts, such as ADA,DCC and DLT. I also handled financial account sch as
First National Bank of Omaha. I also have knowledge and training on basic computer troubleshooting and MS Word/Excel. I also have the guts in writing articles and novels. I really love reading books and make some reaction on it. I am a fast learner and can work individual even without supervision of support. I am looking for long term relationship with my employer where can I help them and be one of the asset of different companies.
