Profile Description

I have been working in a BPO (call center) industry for seven years now. I have worked with IBM for three years. I have handled Sprint account, a telecommunication company based from US. I used to do billing, customer service and sales.
My second company was with HSBC bank (international). I have handled credit card services under collections department, where in, we call delinquent customers from US to collect money and make their account current so that they can use their credit card in the future.I have been with them for two years.
The last company I have worked is with Intelenet Global Inc. I have handled hotel reservations for Hilton Group. I have been there for two years as well.
Though I am working in a BPO, I can still manage to write an article for my client for more than three years already.
Writing an article and posting of blogs are my hobbies.
I love doing those things because I was able to express my feelings and share my ideas to others.
I always make it a point that my client is very satisfied with the result and finish it in a timely manner.
