Profile Description

As a Market Master or Manager of one the Private Market in Novaliches Quezon City, I
do all the works relating to
processing of our documents to Cityhall, Baranggay, Market Division of Private Markets Association to Sanitary Dept., Locational , Laguna Lake Devt & Environmental Dept.
My job also includes accepting possible tenants who wants to get stall
within the area.
Aside from that,
Contracts of Lease as well as their Certification were also prepared & release by me.
As as Manager, I am the representative of the Company on several meetings & seminars by different
companies specially Quezon Cityhall & market association.
It is also my duty to keep clean the area to make it more suitable for our clients to visit the area during their marketing time.
I also handle the payment payroll of my people, as well as their advances, SSS, Philhealth, Pag-ibig, and Bir which are being computed by our audiitor.
And do all the duties assigned by the owner of the market.
