I am a graduate of associate in office administration at Systems Plus College Foundation, located somewhere in Angeles City, Pampanga. I know how to operate Microsoft word 2007, excel, and PowerPoint. I can type accurately as fast as 50 words per minute. I am excellent in English communication skills, oral and written. I am a hardworking person, can work under minimal or no supervision at all. I am exceptionally versatile and adaptable to a certain circumstances within the workplace. I have the ability to manage multiple tasks in a pressured environment.
I used to worked in a BPO industry for almost three years. My first and last BPO company was iQor Philippines
Inc., which is one of the multinational companies in the world. Its main office is located in New York, NY. I was a Customer Service Representative(CSR)
in one of the leading telecommunication companies in the US. As a CSR, my duties and responsibilities are as follows:
Dealing
with all calls politely, courteously, professionally & assertively .
Understanding the customers’ needs through effective listening and questionings skills.
Matching customers' needs to Clients’ products and services .Using negotiation and influencing skills to overcome objections and gain the customers’ buy in.
Communicating relevant information to internal and external customers and sharing learning with colleagues. Adhering to agreed processes, meeting required work standards, targets and objectives.
I was one of the top agents when I was still employed with my previous company. To be able to included as one of the top agents, I need to have good statistics, which means that I should meet or surpass the following metrics: call quality (QA), average handling time (AHT) and
customer satisfaction survey (CSAT). I sometimes received commendation from the customer for the job well done.
Based on that said working experienced, I am now fully equipped on how to handle hard to deal with customers, how to manage stress so that the performance of my work will not be affected. Above all, I have learned how to have superior customer service which is very much important that a CSR much have to achieve the
goals of the company’s he/she is representing with.
