Working at Pizza Hut and as a driver for the Salvation Army has made my abilities in customer relations ---------- pable of fast learning and directly applying knowledge from my past ventures. I am always eager to apply my abilities to future opportunities. I work well in group environments and acting as a leader. I’m always looking to grow and improve.I have worked for a call center for 5 years with alot of experience.Also trained to be a customer rep and a tech support.But i am willing to go beyond my experience and learn new things.I was also trained for a financial account and handling escalation calls


I want to make my skills useful for a good job and I will learn new things to improve anything for the future. I have a 5 year experience in a call center as a customer rep and a tech support and financial services also for email and chat support. I am multi skilled and love working with customers especially helping them with their needs and providing them the correct information. I was also a United States Corporate manager from the escalations team and was able to handle irate customers and deescalate any concerns. I've learned a lot what customers really want and thats speaking to an agent or manager that knows what hes capable of doing. I grew up in Chicago Illinois for 16 years and fluent in English.
