Profile Description

I graduated in 2001 with a BS Mathematics Major in Computer degree from University of Santo Tomas. I recently worked in VXI Global Solutions as a Support Specialist of a Money Transfer company catering services for Asia-Pacific, Australia, and New Zealand. My primary responsibility was to answer inquiries of customer regarding their transactions over the phone. I also worked in an events company as a Marketing Events Officer where my primary task was to look for sponsors for an event an send proposals. I was also a Payroll Specialist where my primary task was to prepare all information required related to the issuance of payroll amounts including basic pay, overtime, holiday pay, paid time off, commission, incentives, benefits, loan payments, and government contributions of clients. I also worked for Sykes Asia Incorporated as a Process Documentation Specialist where my primary responsibility was to check the grammars, punctuations, format, and spellings of the spiels used by agents of an international mail provider (Yahoo!) and then edit them if there was an error. Before becoming a Process Documentation Specialist, I was a Technical Support Representative (Chat Support). My primary task was to provide first line of customer support to users of Yahoo! Mail.
