As a call center agent, my skills in oral and written English communication are my assets. I have an average typing speed of 50wpm and can handle any type of customers and tasks. I do also have a background in Electrical Engineering since I took 4 out of 5 years of it in college. I am great in math and that's my favorite subject. I love to solve mathematical problems and apply my skills in a daily life basis. Also I am an internet savvy and what they call "computer geek". I mostly spend my free time surfing the internet with my laptop and checking other websites.
