I am Jennifer Jimenez, 24 years old, a graduate of Davao Doctors College Bachelor of Science in Nursing batch 2009. I took up the Nursing Board Exam November same year, so while I was waiting for the result, I had a part time job of Tutoring a 14year old high school student for English and Math subjects for about 4months.Then I worked as a deputize Nurse at Davao Penal and Prison Farm from June 2010 to March 2011. April 2011 to December 2011, I worked as an auxiliary Nurse at Southern Philippines Medical Center. However, at the start of this year, I decided to enter a different career field, I joined the BPO industry and became a Call Center Agent January until June 2012. Since then, I began to have a passion for English language, learning and speaking, so while I was working as a call center agent, I was also studying International English Language Training System (IELTS) after work hours.
With these experiences, I was able to converse in English well with different people of different personalities. I am polite energetic and enthusiastic in dealing with clients. I apply the elements of building positive rapport. I understand the impact of attitude in handling clients professionally.Having an outgoing and friendly personality is an asset in the field of customer relations contact centers. I have a good customer care skills, a people-oriented attitude that enables
to handle customers as though they are the most important people. I am capable of demonstrating an understanding of the diversity in customer behaviour. I have the skills of a good communicator and a good listener.I have good command over English Language; Speaking, writing, listening, reading. I am computer literate. I Identify voice skills to enhance a good conversation presentation. I am very hardworking and goal oriented. I am a creative thinker and problem-solver who is able to manage multiple tasks or initiatives. I am able to effectively deal with Job stress. I know how to use Skype video, chat and share screen to students to give video and audio step by step instructions.
