The Office Suite is no stranger to me.
I am also a graphics artist, with the Adobe Photoshop as my main partner (if there are any simple photo manipulation and basic designs needed in blogging, etc. I can do it).

I have also been trained in customer relations. Responding to complaints and the like are one of the many things I can write about.
Above all, and most importantly, I have had a lot of training and, attended has a lot of workshops on WRITING.
