Profile Description

I am a researcher in an international development organization and my current work is focused on health financing and policy research. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, our project shifted to a work-from-home setup, giving me more time to accommodate other remote tasks.
I have extensive experience in Stata and R programming and geospatial data processing using Quantum GIS. I am highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets. I am well-versed in both technical and feature writing, as I have written academic papers and blog entries for my previous job as a consultant for a data for development project. I also have experience in conducting lectures and training facilitation.  Prior to development work, I was a financial reporting analyst and a product controller for two multinational banks. I handled the daily profit and loss and risk reporting of different financial products such as bonds, credit default swaps, interest rate swaps, and options.
I am open to accepting short-term jobs involving research, teaching/tutoring, writing, data analysis and visualization, financial analysis, and geospatial data processing.
