Profile Description

I have been working for the first four years of my employment in Customer Service Department. Doing Customer Service is one of the most challenging job which I really enjoy. Giving clients the best customer experience is very rewarding. I also have a solid supervisory and administrative experience in BPO industry for five years which I came to know about call center experience, like real time adherance, Citrix Environment, Remedy and Cisco Telesystems. I am also proficient in Windows and Microsoft Application ( Excel, Word and Powerpoint).
