I have above average English Communication Skills since i've worked for a long time in the BPO Industry. I used to handle Financial Accounts (mostly Retail Credit Cards) as a Customer Service Representative w/ HSBC and G.E. Money Services so i have a good knowledge on how the U.S. Financial System work. The training i got from those two companies includes American Culture, American Financial System, Financial Laws In The United States, Fraud Prevention, Telephony Skills(Call Control, Handling Complaints, Up selling, Customer Service Skils) and Some
Software Programs used specifically by each BPO company i've been with.
Although to be honest i badly need a review and a refresher on some of the training i mentioned above. I also worked as a Technical Support Representative w/ Teleperformance Handling Timewarner/roadrunner customers w/ technical issues on their internet connections (no internet, slow Internet, Cannot acquire I.P., Outages
etc.)
and email accounts ( Password Reset and Account management). I did a short stint as an outbound sales representative for Sprint via Stream Global and as a travel agent on hotwire w/ APAC. I know how to the basic of MS word, excel and powerpoint. I can multi task and can work well under pressure. I'm a fast learner and i love to learn new things..that's why i don't stay long in one company because they require you to concentrate only on your job specifics.
