Profile Description

For working in a call center industry I acquired some technical work experience aside from developing my self-confidence and communication. Moreover, for four years of stay in the University I strongly developed my skills and potentials in operations, administration, and other relevant fields that would be beneficial in contributing development to your organization. Besides, I am a quick learner and have the ability to manage and prioritize work. I learned also to overcome stress in every
difficult situation which I believe is very essential to help me focus in my work and to think effectively and efficiently.
Basically, I'm a management graduate but for now I'm currently working as a Technical Support for Hostopia and I admit that I struggle at first since this is not my specialty but I overcome this one. I can say that this is one of my special skill also that I am flexible and could easily adjust to a different working condition and situation. i am the kind of person that really wanted challenge in life for that is the way that I feel motivated and of course an evidence that I am an achiever especially if i overcome this well.
